Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will help with cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, and promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail supervision and flexibility to travel between locations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (associate degree preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in store promotions.
