Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and promoting the store's membership program to build customer loyalty. This role supports achieving KPIs and maintaining store standards while creating an energetic atmosphere for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift lead in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Train associates on product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store, ensure safety and operations procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude aligned with MINISO USA's commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
