Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle cash, merchandising, and store upkeep while actively promoting the store’s membership program to boost loyalty.

You will lead by example to drive sales, train staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions using POS accurately and efficiently.
• Engage customers in store promotions and events.
