Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an on-site Shift Leader in Hoover, AL to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and uphold Wingstop standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a Wingstop shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Greet Guests and provide outstanding service.
• Train newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage breaks and motivate crew; assist in kitchen and dining room as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation; handle cash controls and refunds when needed.
• Uphold QSC policies and Wingstop brand standards.
