Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an enthusiastic Shift Leader in Birmingham to supervise a shift and ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will assist in food preparation, cashier duties, and staff supervision while upholding Wingstop standards and cleanliness.

Strong leadership and guest service skills are essential. You will train team members, enforce policies, manage inventory and safety protocols, and help close or open the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a shift to ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests, answer questions and provide a friendly, efficient experience.
• Train newer crew members and monitor performance.
• Enforce store policies, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Open or close the restaurant and coordinate staffing and scheduling as needed.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and prepare orders according to Wingstop standards.
