Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to adapt to new systems.
• Minimum of 2+ years in food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements.
• Experience recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate a diverse crew.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and serving the guest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
• Create staff schedules considering peak volumes, payroll, and overtime costs.
• Maintain a safe restaurant environment and ensure proper onboarding processes.
• Monitor budgets and control labor, food costs, and cash handling.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance plans for team members.
