Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant.
• Able to analyze profit and loss statements and overall financial performance.
• Experience recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership to manage and develop a diverse crew.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager to achieve sales, cost and guest satisfaction goals.
• Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop mission.
• Create schedules to ensure proper staffing and manage payroll and overtime.
• Maintain safe restaurant environment and proper onboarding procedures.
• Monitor budget, cost trends and drive improvements in operations.
• Coach, mentor and develop team; enforce Wingstop standards and risk controls.
• Lead by example with a focus on teamwork, fun and dedication to the brand.
