Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on shift.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members in real time.
• Train team on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Handle administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders.
