Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Fargo, ND is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our team and run a smooth coffeehouse shift in partnership with the GM or AGM. You’ll ensure brand standards, guest connections, and product quality while keeping service levels high and operations efficient.

As a Shift Leader you’ll coach teammates, manage tasks, handle cash procedures, and maintain a safe, welcoming shop. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available for dedicated teammates.

Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership experience or training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability for scheduling needs (days, times, shifts).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy, keeps the team engaged, and on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming coffeehouse.
• Knows the day's deployment and communicates clearly on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Delegates objectives and tasks based on the shift's priorities.
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next.
