Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness and guest connections.
• Coach and train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, store orders.
• Maintain SOP and quality standards.
• Take ownership of shifts and be Manager on Duty.
