Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in West Fargo, ND to oversee daily operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant GM. You will ensure brand standards, guest connections, and smooth shift execution while managing a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or proper training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities
• Flexible availability to meet business needs (varying days/times/shifts)
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with commitment to brand standards and guest experience
• Coordinate on-floor tasks, communicate deployment and roles
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, products, and promotions
• Ensure SOPs, cash handling and store safety are followed
• Perform administrative tasks (bank deposits, inventory, orders)
• Own the shift and ensure smooth handoffs to the next shift
• Support team development through coaching and feedback
