Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible availability to support business and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, ensuring brand standards and guest connections.
• Coach and train teammates on responsibilities, products, and promotions.
• Oversee store safety, cash handling, and procedures while maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
• Manage bank deposits, inventory, and product orders with accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate hand-offs between shifts to maintain smooth operations.
