Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure product standards and cleanliness are maintained.

Responsibilities include coaching, inventory tasks, and developing team members for growth. The role requires 1+ year leadership experience in food service or retail and a willingness to work varied hours in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and train team members on roles and product knowledge.
