Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minot, ND is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations alongside the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will lead shifts with a focus on team engagement, guest satisfaction, and SOP compliance while coaching teammates and managing inventory and deposits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Coach and develop Team Members to bring their best DOING and BEING to their role.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed consistently and accurately.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
