Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must be certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead crew tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning; manage inventory checks.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction meet company goals.
• Enforce safety, QA, and health code standards (QSC).
• Schedule and train team members; manage break policies and staffing based on volume.
• Handle cash drawers, deposits, and verify catering orders.
• Greet customers and support restaurant operations as needed.

Education
