You will manage opening/closing, supervise crew, maintain health and safety standards, train staff on new products, and assist with cash handling and inventory. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and the ability to adapt to busy periods while upholding EPL specifications and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on all EPL SPECS positions or must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols; coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep and cleaning; conduct inventory checks and update the inventory system.
• Ensure customer service and speed of service metrics meet company goals and standards; maintain restaurant cleanliness per EPL and health code safety standards; adhere to QSC standards.
• Prioritize team tasks during shift; ensure break policies are followed and staffing adjusted based on sales; monitor and adjust food production with Area Leader guidance.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and audits; oversee company funds and operational procedures on shift.
• Greet and assist customers; strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
