Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory checks and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per EPL and health codes.
• Adjust staffing and tasks based on sales and shifts.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and audits during shifts.
• Greet customers and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
