You will lead a team, coordinate opening and closing tasks, manage inventory and cash handling, and train crew on new products and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts.
• Ensure service standards and safety compliance.
• Coordinate opening/closing, inventory, and deliveries.
• Train and support team on products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and audits with Area Leader guidance.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
