Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/closing procedures and coordinate tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning.
• Manage inventory, deliveries, and accuracy of records in the inventory system.
• Monitor service speed and cleanliness to meet health and safety standards.
