Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory handling, and deliveries.
• Maintain service speed, safety, cleanliness, and QSC standards.
• Manage staffing and breaks, adjust for sales volume.
• Train staff on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and shift-related financials.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
