Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be EPL SPECS certified or have 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL FSA after hire.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
• Ensure customer service targets and health/safety standards are met.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash operations, deposits, and shift staffing decisions.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
