Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin', is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the team and guest experience during assigned shifts. You will oversee product preparation to standards and supervise the store team to deliver a great guest experience.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to train Crew Members, set shift expectations, and ensure safety and cleanliness while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage team and daily shift operations.
• Be physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Crew Members during shifts.
• Manage shift staffing and assign positions to meet guest needs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and equipment issues.
• Control labor and food costs according to guidelines.
