Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people during a shift at Zaxby’s. The role includes supervision, task assignment, and responding to guest complaints to ensure strong service and safety standards.

You’ll train and coach team members, maintain operational performance, and support opening/closing procedures while keeping a positive guest experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Background check completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, assign tasks, and respond to guest concerns.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Maintain product quality, safety, and cleanliness during shifts.
• Monitor equipment and close/open duties per shift requirements.
• Adhere to cash handling, store policies, and safety guidelines.
