Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people on a shift at Zaxby's. You will oversee training, coach team members, and respond promptly to guest concerns while ensuring standards are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, high-performance culture, and adherence to safety, quality, and operational guidelines as you support opening/closing duties and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and organizational skills
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others
• Follows company standards and local laws re: time punches
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software/tools
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards
• Mentor and develop staff; report performance to General Manager
• Delegate tasks and supervise shift performance
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly, respectful manner
• Maintain service quality and cleanliness to company standards
• Monitor shift goals and drive achievement
