Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people on a shift at Zaxby’s. You will supervise team members, respond to guest concerns, set shift goals, and ensure procedures and standards are followed.

You will train and coach teammates, delegate tasks, monitor food safety and inventory, handle opening and closing duties, and collaborate with management to drive guest satisfaction and operation efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift product, process, and people to execute a shift.

• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.

• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Receive and reconcile truck deliveries, stock products, and complete inventory counts.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing tasks are complete.
