Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the General Manager. You’ll ensure the team understands goals, standards, and guest connections during shifts.

You’ll train, coach, and delegate to maintain SOPs and quality, while prioritizing guest satisfaction and teamwork. This role is a hands-on leadership position that thrives under pressure and fosters a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• At least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure staff executes SOP and quality standards consistently.
• Coach and give feedback to Team Members in real time.
