Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations alongside the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will lead shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold SOPs and quality standards.

You’ll coach Team Members, manage inventory, deposits, and promotions while modeling Caribou’s core values and commitment to community. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction
• Ensure team understands goals, cleanliness, and SOPs
• Coach and develop Team Members during shifts
• Manage day-to-day store operations and promotions
• Oversee inventory, deposits and product orders
• Communicate effectively on the floor and delegate tasks
• Own the shift and be the Manager on Duty when required
• Maintain store look and total store vision
