Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager in guiding store goals, guest connections, and daily operations. You’ll ensure the team understands targets, SOPs, and quality standards while keeping the store welcoming and efficient.

You’ll coach team members on responsibilities, train on product knowledge and promotions, and help manage banking, inventory, and orders. At least one year of leadership or related experience is required, with flexibility for mornings,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on every shift.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to elevate performance.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks including banking deposits, inventory, and orders.
