Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the GM or AGM. You will lead shifts, ensure goals are met, monitor product quality, cleanliness, and guest connections, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

You will train staff on roles, product knowledge, and promotions, manage administrative tasks, and maintain the store's overall look and standards while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays or weekends; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
