Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with store leadership to meet goals, train staff, and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts ensuring team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Manage daily operations including bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
• Own the current shift and oversee the upcoming shift to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively on the floor and delegate tasks as needed.
