MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in San Antonio, TX to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and member programs, fostering a fun, high-energy environment that aligns with the brand.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and a strong focus on customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business goals.
