• Handle multiple tasks on the sales floor, including cash handling and front-end operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager in training and coaching staff on product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
