Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
Open/close store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally; escalate when needed.
Support Loss Prevention and policy adherence.
Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in store promotions and events.
