Job summary

MINISO USA in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage cash handling, and support merchandising on the floor and at the register.

You will also help with opening/closing, promote membership programs, and uphold safety and store standards while fostering a fun, energetic environment for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and update visual merchandising.
• Open/close duties, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and uphold company policies.
• Process transactions accurately on POS and participate in promotions.
