Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in San Antonio to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and ensure excellent customer service. You will handle cash management, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting membership programs to boost loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, maintenance, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and policy adherence.
• Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately on POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
