Zax LLC is hiring for a Shift Leader to manage the team, processes, and guest experience during each shift. You will train, coach, and delegate tasks while resolving guest concerns and maintaining standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, achieving goals, handling inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Must be 18+, flexible schedule, and able to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check successful completion.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
