Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product, process, and people during a shift.
• Assign tasks to team members and respond to guest complaints.
• Set shift goals and align tasks to achieve benchmarks.
• Train and coach team members to meet standards.
• Mentor and develop staff and communicate performance concerns to leadership.
• Prioritize guest and team member experiences and resolve issues calmly.
• Maintain high morale and lead by example.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and ensure compliance with policy.
• Ensure safety and food quality standards are consistently met.
• Report progress to management and adapt plans as needed.
