Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the shift, supervise team members, and uphold service and quality standards. You will train staff, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a positive guest experience. This role requires leadership, flexibility, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy and knowledge of required company software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage in leadership to manage shift product, process, and people.
• Train and coach team to meet company standards and benchmark goals.
• Mentor and develop team members and communicate performance to General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints politely.
• Create a positive culture and high team morale through recognition and leadership by example.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness to company standards.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries and manage daily inventory counts.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening/closing tasks are done.
