Zax LLC is hiring for a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift at Zaxbys. The role includes supervisory and decision-making duties, training, coaching, and ensuring standards are met to provide a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, achieving shift goals, handling complaints, and maintaining safety and quality while collaborating with management to drive performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Mentor and develop staff; communicate performance concerns to the GM.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve concerns amicably.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during shifts.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
