Zax LLC is hiring for a Shift Leader to manage product, process, and people during each shift. You will lead a team, train and coach staff, delegate tasks, and ensure operations meet standards while maintaining guest satisfaction.

This role includes opening/closing duties, scheduling, and escalation of issues to the General Manager. We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check completion required.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to work with others.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy and ability to use company software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Train and mentor staff and communicate performance concerns to GM.
• Plan shift goals, delegate tasks, and monitor execution.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are completed and operations run smoothly.
• Maintain service, product quality and cleanliness standards.
• Manage guest experience and resolve complaints professionally.
