The role emphasizes training, coaching, and coordinating with the General Manager to achieve daily goals and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Part-time or full-time availability per needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, assign tasks, and respond to guest concerns.
• Coach and develop team members to meet standards and goals.
• Open and close restaurant duties and cash handling per policy.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness across shift.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, and food preparation processes.
• Collaborate with management to achieve guest satisfaction.
