Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee operations and people, delivering a friendly guest experience across shifts. You will manage product prep to meet quality standards and guide the store team to maintain brand integrity and service quality.

You will lead, coach, and develop Crew Members, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.
