Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Shift Leader to guide day-to-day store operations and elevate guest service. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, manage tasks, and ensure brand standards are consistently met in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly—prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions
