Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee crew and operations during the assigned shift, ensuring quality and friendly guest experiences. The role requires leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and motivate Crew Members, manage shift tasks, monitor service and cleanliness, and maintain safety and cost controls while delivering consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and ensure a great guest experience.
• Lead shift, assign crew positions, set expectations, and coach team members.
• Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Control labor and food costs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Respond to coaching and feedback, and uphold brand standards and safety guidelines.
