Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluently speak and read English is required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.

• Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members to deliver great guest experiences.

• Control labor and food costs per system guidelines.
• Provide timely feedback, recognize achievements, and handle coaching.
