Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the crew and daily operations on a scheduled shift. You will oversee product preparation to standards and ensure a friendly guest experience, guiding team members and providing timely feedback.

The role focuses on leadership, coaching, assigning positions, monitoring performance, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated guest focus and results orientation.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive in a timely manner to prepare for your scheduled shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests.
• Follow the communication guideline established in your store.
• Assign crew positions and communicate responsibilities during shift.
• Monitor and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
