Job summary

MINISO USA in California seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, ship processing, and customer engagement to help meet KPIs and maintain store standards.

You will promote the store’s membership program, resolve customer concerns professionally, support loss prevention, and uphold safety procedures.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and exceed KPI goals.

Open/close the store and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
