Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register and POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
