Job summary

MINISO USA in Arizona is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and loss prevention, while promoting the store’s membership program.

As a dynamic team member, you’ll ensure a clean, organized sales floor and a welcoming, energetic store environment that aligns with MINISO’s customer commitment and brand

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions via POS accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
