Job summary

MINISO USA in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports achieving KPIs, maintaining store standards, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing.

The Shift Leader will actively promote the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty while creating a positive and energetic environment for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Open and close the store and maintain proper store appearance and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to meet business objectives.
